It has been brought to our attention that members of our supply chain have been contacted by individuals offering to procure supply contracts with NiQuan in return for an upfront payment or other inducement.

NiQuan wishes to make it clear that procurement of all of its equipment, supplies and services is done in accordance with a comprehensive Procurement Policy approved by the NiQuan Board of Directors, which includes provisions and procedures pertaining to a defined tendering process, and that approaches such as the one described above are not supported, approved or mandated in any way by NiQuan and are, in all probability, illegal.
