Inshan Suliman is the Production Manager for the NiQuan Energy Group. He is responsible for developing and structuring the Operations Department to take the GTL facility to Commercial Operations. He also provides the managerial and technical support required for NiQuan’s Project Management Team.
Previously, Inshan was the Senior Production Supervisor at the World GTL facility in Pointe-a-Pierre, Trinidad. He assisted in building the Operations Team and provided support to the Construction Team.
Prior to this he was a Production Supervisor at Industrial Plant Services Limited (IPSL) on all five Methanol Plants. He was also privileged to be part of the Commissioning Team that conducted Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Initial Start-Up works that successfully brought the Methanol IV and V facilities to nameplate production. During this period, invaluable experience was also gained in areas of Steam Reforming, Synthesis Loop Reactions/Control and Proving of Emergency Shutdown Systems (ESD).
Inshan has also filled the role as Plant Superintendent and represented the department at management meetings. He was heavily involved in decisions, which had a significant impact on safety, asset management, sustained performance and efficiency such as plant modifications which significantly impacted many systems (e.g. de-bottlenecking projects and alternations on trip logic).
Inshan has provided resolutions for complex Operational and Technical issues. He has assisted in Planning, Prioritizing and Scheduling of Work for major shutdowns and turnarounds. He possesses the knowledge of the Operational and Engineering aspects and the design intent of all processes and equipment. He makes recommendations and implements strategies to achieve sustained operational and financial performance over the long haul.
From a non-technical standpoint, he continues to ensure the health, safety and well-being of all personnel on the facility. He inculcates strong values and work ethic amongst team members, promotes harmonious working relations, fosters teamwork and promotes an environment that encourages training and development of employees.
Tiffany is the Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. She plays a critical role in supporting the CEO. She has been working in this position for the past 12 years.
