For the past 6 years Roger has performed an essential role in providing oversight and managing the plant operations during construction and commissioning to current operational capacity through respective departments under his purview - Production, Engineering & Maintenance, Document Control, and Health, Safety, Security, Environment. 

He efficiently and proactively optimizes plant performance through apt utilization of manpower, equipment, materials, supplies, gas supply scheduling, and ensuring that production targets are achieved as expected. As the facility leader, Roger implements, drives, and communicates the strategic direction and performance of the company’s Operations division. 

He has been instrumental in identifying, recommending, and implementing best in class processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes, enhance safety, and maximize use of resources and materials.  Steering a robust safety culture Roger sustains strong relations with regulatory bodies, stakeholders and other parties, 

Roger is a highly seasoned Engineer/ Plant Manager with 40+ years’ experience in the international energy sector, and has built his career with progressive roles with Texaco, Phoenix Gas Park Processors, Conoco Phillips, Conoco Syria DEZ Gas Limited, Fertrin, and the Caribbean Industrial Research Institute (CARIRI). 

He holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the West Indies, and has held directorships for Trinidad Nitrogen Company Limited and Industrial Development Corporation (IDC)

Over his ten (10) years with NiQuan’s GTL facility, Inshan has an integral depth and breadth of knowledge of the entire GTL facility originating from its inception under WGTL to the current operational NETL facility. 

As Production Manager, Inshan holds overall operational and production responsibility for NiQuan’s plant assets; leads plant efficiency and reliability; manages the Shift Operations Team and leads the development and creation of all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Standard Operating Manuals (SOMs), Safety Operating Control Limits (SOCL’S) and Plant Catalyst management. His scope of responsibility includes managing plant outages to ensure effective and efficient results and developing /managing departmental/site goals and delivering clear strategies for optimization and prediction of plant performance and performs risk assessments of abnormal situations and major plant modifications. 

Inshan has approximately 20 years’ progressive experience in Production Operations, having worked with Industrial Plant Services Limited (now Proman) in the Commissioning and Start up the Methanol 5 Facility (M5000). 

Inshan is certified in Process Plant Operations (PPO).

Shiva has overall responsibility for developing and implementing the overall asset management strategy for all Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Process activities throughout the lifecycle of the NiQuan Energy GTL Facility (NETL). He functions as the overall Engineering Technical Authority for the acceptance of all systems and equipment for the Facility. He has managed, via his Engineering Team, all modification projects and ensures execution is in accordance with the Company’s Management of Change (MoC) Procedure and is responsible for the reporting and monitoring of key performance indicators for measuring the effectiveness of the Asset Integrity Management Programme. He also functions as the overall Engineering Technical Authority for the acceptance of all systems and equipment on the facility.

Shiva possesses twenty (20) years’ progressive maintenance and reliability experience. He has previously worked with bpTT LLC, bhp Billiton Trinidad 2-C (now Woodside), and Methanex.  Shiva has worked with multi-disciplinary teams - Engineering, Project Teams, Maintenance, Integrity, Subsea, Pipelines and Procurement, to advance vulnerability mitigations. He has also supported defect elimination processes via root cause investigations for production related events & equipment failures. His skill set includes modifications to Controls System Logic for Vibration Loops, Speed Loops, Temperature Loops, Level Loops and Cooler Fans; planning and execution of all repair/modification jobs during plant turnarounds, design conceptualisation, detailed engineering projects, procurement, installation, and preventive maintenance task list and frequencies analysis and modifications. 

Shiva holds a BSc. (Hons.) in Industrial Engineering and is a Certified Reliability Engineer (American Society for Quality). He holds memberships with the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), American Society for Quality (ASQ), Vibration Institute, and the Society of Tribologist and Lubrication Engineers.

Craig leads the HSSE Department where he has been responsible for the oversight and management of all Core HSSE functions: - accidents/incidents and near misses investigation, asset integrity, client liaison, coaching and mentoring, commissioning, contractor logistics/management, downstream/upstream Emergency Response Planning, HSE Audit & management/leadership, HSE training and development, Job Safety Analysis, method statements, OHSAS 18001, operational risk assessments, Permit-To-Work systems, policies/procedure development, project execution, root cause analysis, safety Management Systems; project HAZIDs and contractor risk assessments, and SToW-TT.

He has provided leadership for multi-nationals on-shift HSE Advisors, and led incident investigations, managed all asset related operational risk assessments and Emergency Response Planning and Drills, and active auditing of the health of the on-site Safe System of Work by the auditing of Permits to Work, Job Safety Analyses, and the provision of HSE related advice and guidance to all project and operations personnel. He has worked with clients to ensure safety management systems are bridged and HSE metrics are maintained and presented and conducted HSE Training for both onshore and offshore personnel.

Craig’s career spans 20 years’ in the Oil & Gas and Construction sectors, holding progressive positions with Companies including BHP Billiton, JSL International, Fluor Daniel South America Limited, Ras Laffan Liquified Natural Gas Company Ltd (RasGas), State of Qatar, Acergy/STOLT Offshore Inc., bpTT LLC and most recently InCrEdible Safety Services Limited. 

Craig holds a BSc in Occupational Safety, Health & Environment, University of Greenwich. Certifications include:  COSHH Risk Assessment; Manual Handling Risk Assessment; Implementing Root Cause Analysis, from the British Safety Council, and OHSAS 18001:2007 Lead Auditor, American Society for Quality (ASQ) & Caribbean Institute for Quality (CIQ). He is a Full Member of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM).

At NiQuan,  Alex is responsible for managing, formulating and driving a consistent approach towards all sourcing, purchasing and tendering activity within the Company, and adhering to the organization’s purchasing strategy, and reviews and implements continuous improvements to processes as necessary, to ensure that costs are monitored, reviewed and controlled within budgetary constraints and in line with Company Finance procedures. Key to his role is leading supplier negotiations, recommending supplier selection and implementing contracts designed to encourage continual improvement.

Alex has 13 years’ progressive experience in the Industry, having worked with Kentz/OJ’s E & I Services Joint Venture providing  with overall management of the supply chain and logistics functions, including material procurement, warehouse/inventory control, purchasing, vendor selection and distribution. Projects through Kentz have included Caribbean Gas Chemicals Limited (CGCL) - Trinidad Methanol and DME Project ; bpTT – Galeota Expansion Project; Phoenix Park Gas Processors Limited (PPGPL) - Gasoline Sump Pump Project and Atlantic LNG - The Provision of Electrical Installation Services Blast Resistant Shelters .Regional projects have included Refineria De Cartagena (Reficar) Refinery Expansion, Colombia and Janes Harbor Project, Barbados.

Alex is pursuing his Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) qualification and holds an Association of Business Executives Diploma. He is a member of the Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply.

Gene is responsible for developing and implementing the overall asset management strategy for all Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) throughout the lifecycle of the Company’s Facility. He is responsible for the development, implementation and management of  the Asset Integrity Management Program for all E&I Equipment on the Facility i.e. both Inside Battery Limit (ISBL) and Outside Battery Limit (OSBL), and functions as the Technical Authority for all E&I matters. He provides technical expertise to ensure continued reliability of the Yokogawa Distributed Control System (DCS) and Safety Instrumentation System (SIS).

Gene has designed and implemented the conversion of a Process Plant from a Pneumatic Air System to an Electronic Distributed Control System (DCS), and designed and supervised the change out and modification of numerous electrical and instrument systems during plant outages - including; switch gears, soft starters, transformers, generators, field instruments, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and distributed control systems. He has managed/guided multidisciplinary teams, processes and resources necessary to successfully deliver on project objectives.

Gene possesses over twenty- three (23) years progressive industrial experience in designing and implementing electrical and instrumentation systems, successfully managing and executing the rollout of all designs and projects, monitoring and maintaining industry equipment and ensuring health and safety measures are adhered to within the work environment. He has previously worked with Petrotrin, Atlantic LNG and Yara holding positions of Project Engineer, Engineer 1 & 2, and  Senior E&I Project Engineer.

Gene holds a BSc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a Major in Controls from University of the West Indies; Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Certifications in Project Management from John S. Donaldson Technical Institute.

At NiQuan, Suren is primarily responsible for developing and implementing the overall asset management strategy for all Mechanical Activities on the Facility. He ensures that all mechanical equipment meets applicable standards, codes, and industry best practices. 

Suren functions as the Mechanical Engineering Technical Authority for the acceptance of all Mechanical systems and equipment on behalf of the Company and provides technical and project management expertise for the delivery (development, management and execution) of plant improvement projects (both capital and operating expenditure). Additionally, his role encompasses provision of technical expertise and leadership to commission and maintain the integrity and reliability of all Mechanical Systems and Equipment on the Facility.

With over fourteen (14) years of experience in pipeline projects, facilities maintenance and pre-commissioning, Suren specializes in planning, coordination, engineering and administrative management with a primary focus on safety. 

Suren has worked with Weatherford, Worley Parsons, EngTech and API Pipeline Construction and his experience includes planning, tracking and execution of projects to ensure effective project completion; leading pre-mobilization equipment function tests and organizing equipment mobilization/demobilization, and ensuring operational quality, safety and environmental systems are implemented and adhered to.

Suren holds a BSc. Mechanical Engineering from the University of the West Indies.
